Convict Overload

It seems as though many of our members have convict ancestors. At yesterday’s meeting several members shared stories of these errant men and women. Unfortunately we had so many members willing to talk about their black sheep that we ran out of time.  We will schedule another day later in the year when those who missed out can share their stories.

Thanks to member Garry Smith for giving us permission to post the timeline he created for his ancestor Thomas Thompson, who resided in the local area. You can view the file here: http://wp.me/a5Hvx9-mQ
